The season for Imoni has arrived again this year!
On October 18th, we held an Imoni party on the riverbank of the Hirose River to welcome the new members who joined us this fall. It was our first Imoni party in six years, so few of us had prior experience. However, thanks to the expertise of M2 Matsumoto-san, who is well-versed in making bonfires, we were able to prepare everything smoothly!

As for the most important part—the taste of the Imoni—it was incredibly delicious, with a rich aroma of taro!
This time, Urayama-san kindly brought taro from their own farm, which made this the best Imoni we’ve ever had.

Starting next month, we’ll be entering the conference season, and with graduation theses due early next year, it’s time to focus and give it our all.
